Your Degree Is Not Your Destiny

— Your Positioning Is.

PIVOT is a 12-week positioning programme for Nigerian graduates. We map the competencies your education already built, help you validate a direction that fits your life, and send you out with a concrete 90-day action plan — not another certificate for the shelf.

The gap is not what you have. It's what you can see.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of Nigerian graduates enter the same market holding the same credential, sending the same CV, competing for the same handful of advertised roles. The result is predictable — and it is not a reflection of your ability.

Your education built real, transferable competencies. But nobody named them, nobody mapped them to opportunity, and nobody showed you how to position them. So they stay invisible — to employers, to clients, and often to you.

"You are not under-qualified. You are under-positioned — and positioning can be learned in weeks, not years."

Same credential, same queue

600k+ new graduates a year compete on paper qualifications alone — a race that rewards positioning, not certificates.

Invisible competencies

Your degree quietly trained you in 12 marketable competencies. Untranslated, they never appear in any application.

Applications without strategy

Dozens of applications with no positioning behind them produce silence — then the silence gets mistaken for rejection of you.

Waiting is not a plan

Waiting for the market to change costs years. Positioning yourself for the market as it is takes 12 weeks.

The 12 competencies your degree already gave you

Whatever you studied, your education trained you in these. PIVOT names them, measures them, and maps them to real employment and enterprise opportunities.

PIVOT is built for three kinds of graduates

Different starting points, same underlying problem: real capability that the market cannot yet see.

The Searching Graduate

You finished school — OND, HND or degree — and the applications are going out, but nothing is coming back. You are starting to wonder whether the problem is you. It isn't.

Leaves with a validated direction and a 90-day plan
The Underemployed Professional

You have a job, but it uses a fraction of what you can do and pays a fraction of what you need. You want a deliberate move, not a desperate one.

Leaves with a repositioning strategy and the assets to execute it
The Aspiring Founder

You suspect your future is a business, not a job — but you have ideas rather than evidence. You need structure to test before you leap.

Leaves with a tested idea and a concrete launch roadmap

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a specific degree or field of study?
No. The 12-competency framework maps capabilities from any discipline — arts, sciences, engineering, education, social sciences. What you studied matters less than what your study built in you.
Is the programme online or in person?
Fully online. Live sessions run on video and WhatsApp, so you can participate from anywhere in Nigeria — or beyond — with a smartphone or laptop and internet access.
I'm employed full-time. Can I still join?
Possibly. Employed applicants are reviewed individually and, where fit exists, placed on the weekend-leaning track. Complete the eligibility check above and we'll discuss it on the discovery call.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You leave with a validated direction and a 90-day action plan — and you join the PIVOT alumni community for continued accountability. Tier 3 participants also receive three months of direct post-programme support.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Every tier can be split into two instalments at no extra cost: 60% on enrollment and 40% by Week 4. Confirm your plan during the discovery call.
Is PIVOT a job placement service?
No — and that's deliberate. PIVOT builds your positioning so opportunities respond to you, rather than handing you a single placement. Tier 3 does include direct referrals and introductions where genuine fit exists.
